§ 70.19 LOADING AND UNLOADING.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the loading or unloading of trucks in the town as long as said trucks are merely stopped temporarily in front of or at the side of the place of business to which they are delivering or from which they are receiving their load.
