Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-5-5, there is hereby created and established a special taxation district, to be known as the “Town of Greentown Stormwater Management District”. The jurisdiction of the district shall include all territory within the territorial boundaries of the town. Under I.C. 8-1.5-5-5, the district shall have the power to levy a special user fee for the purpose of stormwater management together with all other authority, powers, duties and responsibilities as set forth in the Act.
