In compliance with I.C. 8-1.5-5-4 and I.C. 8-1.5-5-5, the Council hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-5-1 through I.C. 8-1.5-5-32, inclusive, as from time to time amended as the “Act”.
