§ 37.11 LEGAL COUNSEL.
   Each case before the Code Enforcement Board may be presented by an attorney selected by the city or by a Code Enforcement Officer for the city. The city attorney may either be counsel to the Code Enforcement Board or may present cases before the Code Enforcement Board, but in no case serve in both capacities.
