(A) Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at least once each month at those times and places established by ordinance. The regular meeting of the Commission shall be held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Harrods Creek Fire Department, 8905 U.S. 42, Prospect, Kentucky 40059-8837. If a legal holiday occurs on the day of the meeting, the regular meeting of the Commission shall be held on the following Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Legal holidays on which the above meeting dates may occur are defined for the purpose of this division as New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, July 4, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

(B) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or a majority of the City Commissioners. In the call, the Mayor or City Commissioners shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Commission members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
(C) At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
(D) The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the City Clerk and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
