§ 96.04 EXCEPTIONS.
   In the case of emergencies, whether man made or acts of God, which cause substantial damage to property, reasonable allowances may be made for extensions of time beyond that which is normally permitted by this chapter to assist in recovery, restoration, mitigation of further damage and construction. Extensions to be granted for no more than 30 days at a time.
