(A) A permit shall be issued for a maximum of 30 days from the earlier of:
(1) The date of issuance or;
(2) The date on which the portable storage container was placed on the property.
(B) No more than two permits shall be issued for the location of a portable storage container on the same lot during the same calendar year if the lot is under the same ownership.
(C) Permits may be obtained from the City Services Commissioner and shall state the date of issuance and the expiration date of the permit. Application for permit should include relevant contact information for property owners and the company from which the unit is to be rented. Application shall be accompanied by a drawing showing where unit is to be located.
(D) The permit shall be posted on or near the portable storage container so that it can be easily read by an enforcement representative.
(E) The cost of a 30-day permit shall be $10.
(F) Persons who have portable storage containers on their property at the time this chapter goes into effect will have ten days in which to obtain a permit without paying a daily penalty.
