§ 96.02 REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
   (A)   No temporary portable storage container as defined herein shall be allowed to be located on or remain on any residential property in the city for more than 60 days.
   (B)   Temporary portable storage containers shall not be placed on any public street, easement, right-of-way, sidewalk, designated fire lane or unpaved surface and shall not be placed in such a manner as to create road hazards or in such a way as to impede vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic or parking.
   (C)   Temporary portable storage containers shall be placed only on hard surfaces such as asphalt or concrete and whenever possible, located on the lot behind the principal structure.
   (D)   No more than one temporary portable storage container shall be placed on any residential property at any one time.
   (E)   The temporary portable storage containers may contain no commercial advertising other than the name, address and telephone number of the provider of the unit.
