(A) For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TEMPORARY PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINERS. Shall mean and include any type of storage structure, including but not limited to:
DUMPSTERS. Movable containers that are used to store items or debris pending their removal from the property, to include one-time use dumpsters.
PORTABLE ON DEMAND STORAGE UNITS. Containers without permanently attached wheels which are transported by truck to and from desired locations and used primarily for storage commonly known as PODS (portable on demand storage).
TEMPORARY BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES. Not otherwise covered by the ordinances of the city.
(B) Trash cans which hold no more than 100 gallons are not subject to this chapter.
(C) This chapter does not apply to any of the above items or similar items which are located in an enclosed area, such as an enclosed garage.
