§ 130.03 PLACEMENT OF SIGNS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided herein, no temporary sign, including but not limited to real estate signs and political signs shall be erected or placed in or upon the rights-of-way or common areas in the
city. Provided, however, that directional signs advertising an open house for sales may be erected or placed on the day the house is open not more than 30 minutes before the open house even begins, and said signs shall be removed not later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the open house event.
   (B)   Any and all signs in violation of this section will be confiscated and disposed of forthwith.
   (C)   Any person, firm or entity violating this section shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $100. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
