§ 112.36 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE.
   During the term of the franchise, franchisee shall provide the city with a description of any material changes to the types of communications services offered within the city during the prior year. Any individual service or item for which the franchisee has a separate charge shall be considered a separate service.
