§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500, or placed in jail for not less than one nor more than 30 days, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
