§ 95.10 DESIGNATION OF HAZARDOUS TREES ALONG PUBLIC STREETS.
   The City Forester will determine and identify hazardous trees which may constitute a menace to the safety of the public when they interfere with the visibility of any traffic control device, sign, or street light.
