§ 95.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY TREE BOARD.
   There is hereby created the City Forestry Department for the city. The Forestry Department shall be supervised by the City Forester whose function shall be assumed and performed by the elected City Commissioner who chairs the Committee on Beautification.
