Any person who violates any provision of this chapter may become individually liable to the city for not only the cost described in § 92.06, but also for all costs, expenses, attorney fees and/or civil damages incurred by the city to enforce the provisions of this chapter, for each parcel of real property found to be in violation for those periods as charged.
