(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or other entity to construct a parking space, also known as a parking pad, at any point, in front of a residence or in a street side yard.
(B) This shall include any space between the driving surface and the residential structure. Front yard shall mean the area extending across the full width of any residential lot in the city and measured between the street right-of-way line and the front line of the building or structure on such lot. For a corner lot, a street side yard is a yard that extends from the front yard to the rear lot line.
