§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense.
   (B)   Pursuant to the provisions contained in KRS 65.8808, the maximum civil fine shall be $50 and civil fines less than maximum if not contested shall be $25.
