(A) Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100.

(B) Violation of § 72.15 shall be punishable by fine of not more than $500 for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of § 72.16 shall be fined in an amount no less than $25 nor more than $100. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(D) Pursuant to the provisions contained in KRS 65.8808, the maximum civil fine shall be $100 and civil fines less than maximum if not contested shall be $50.
