The Common Council of the city authorizes the use of online or electronic fund transfers for the purpose of reallocating funds as necessary between various banking accounts, including, but not necessarily limited to the general account, the airport account, and other necessary accounts as required by the Clerk to effectuate payment and proper processing of expenditures, payroll, claims, and receipts.
