ACH transactions are hereby authorized for the Clerk Treasurer. “ACH TRANSACTIONS” are defined as any electronic fund transaction utilizing the automated clearing house electronic system for authorized fiscal transactions. ACH transactions include, but are not necessarily limited to, making payment such as employee payroll, bond payments, recurring monthly vendor payments; receiving payments and all other transactions authorized for electronic fund transfer under federal or state law.
