Golf carts may be operated on city streets which have a posted speed limit of 30 miles per hour or less. Golf carts shall not be operated on city sidewalks or upon any state highways located within the City of Greensburg, specifically State Road 3, U.S. 421 or U.S. 46. Golf carts are permitted to cross state highways, specifically State Road 3, U.S. 421, or U.S. 46 at formal, paved intersections.
