There is created a revolving fund which shall be known as the “Abandoned Vehicle Account of the City of Greensburg, Indiana,” in accordance with IC 9-13-2-1, and the Clerk-Treasurer is directed to place all moneys paid to the city by owners for the costs of removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles in such fund.
