§ 155.080 SIGN REMOVAL.
   The Greensburg Planning/Zoning Department may order the removal of any sign abandoned, erected or maintained in violation of this subchapter. This includes any portable or temporary sign removed pursuant to § 155.082. A sign found to be violation of this subchapter shall be removed by the owner or lessee of the premises upon which the sign is located. If within ten days the owner or lessee fails to remove the sign, the Planning Department may authorize the removal, or otherwise cause to be removed the sign, at cost to the owner or lessee. In the event that the Planning Department requires court intervention to effectuate removal of a sign, the city is entitle to recover from the owner of the sign, all reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcement of this subchapter.
