All signs for which a permit is required are subject to periodic inspections by the Planning/Zoning Administrator in order to determine compliance with the provisions of this subchapter. In the event that the Planning and Zoning Department discovers a violation, the Planning and Zoning Department shall provide the owner with a written notice of the violation, in accordance with this subchapter.
