(A) Permanent off-premises signs/billboards are prohibited unless specifically approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals following application for a special exception.
(B) Temporary off-premises signage may be displayed for a community event upon receipt of proper permit from the Greensburg Planning/ Zoning Department. Such signs shall not exceed 32 square feet in size and may be located off-premises from the event location with land owner approval not more than 30 days prior to the event.
