§ 155.231 CITY PLAN COMMISSION.
   (A)   Appointment of members. The City Plan Commission consists of nine members, as follows:
      (1)   One member appointed by the city legislative body from its membership.
      (2)   One member appointed by the Park Board.
      (3)   One member or designated representative appointed by the City Works Board.
      (4)   The City Civil Engineer or a qualified assistant appointed by the City Civil Engineer.
      (5)   Five citizen members, of whom no more than three may be of the same political party, appointed by the city executive.

   (B)   Terms of certain members. The term of office of a member (who is appointed from the membership of a legislative body) is coextensive with the member's term of office on that body, board, or council, unless that body, board, or council appoints, at its first regular meeting in any year, another to serve as its representative.

   (C)   Appointment of citizen members; terms; removal. When an initial term of office of a citizen member expires, each new appointment of a citizen member is for a term of four years (in the case of a municipal, county, or area plan commission).
