§ 155.068 PERMITS.
   (A)   Improvement location permit. An improvement location permit shall be required for all signs located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, or structurally altered unless otherwise specified in this section. A detailed site plan shall be included along with an elevation plan of the sign. All dimensions shall be listed along with setbacks from right-of-way and side lot lines.
   (B)   Temporary sign permit. A temporary sign permit shall be required for all portable or temporary signs placed pursuant to § 155.082. The Planning Department is authorized to charge a fee for such permit as set forth in § 155.082.
   (C)   State permit. All signs proposed to be located along a state-owned interstate or highway shall obtain the proper state sign permit or written authorization from the Indiana Department of Transportation prior to seeking an improvement location permit from the City of Greensburg.
   (D)   Easement holder approval. All signs proposed to be located within an easement shall obtain written approval from the easement holder for the proposed sign prior to seeking an improvement location permit from the City of Greensburg.
   (E)   Off-premise property owner approval. All signs proposed to be located on property not owned by the sign permit applicant shall obtain written approval from property owner for the location of the proposed sign prior to seeking an improvement location permit from the City of Greensburg.
