§ 155.065 TITLE AND PURPOSE.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be known as the Sign Ordinance of the City of Greensburg, Indiana and may be cited as such, and may be referred to herein as “This subchapter” or “This Code”.
   (B)   Purpose and intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance shall be to regulate the number, size, and design of signs so that signs will not, by reason, number, size, location, construction or manner of display: Endanger the public health, safety, welfare, or morals; confuse, mislead, obstruct vision necessary for traffic safety, or will not create potential hazards to motorists and pedestrians resulting from sign location and clutter; or Be detrimental to property values and esthetics of the community.
