(A) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the official thoroughfare plan, a section of the Master Plan of the city.

(B) Two copies of the official thoroughfare plan and ordinance and two copies of the typical thoroughfare cross sections shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be subject to public examination during the regular office hours of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
