Where the construction as performed varies from the plans filed and approved as hereinbefore required, "as-built" construction drawings shall be filed with the Commission in both hard copy and electronic format. If such construction does not vary from the plans, an affidavit executed by a registered professional engineer so certifying shall be filed prior to acceptance of a secondary plat or acceptance of improvements for maintenance.
