An Unsafe Building Fund is established in the operating budget of the city in accordance with the provisions of IC 36-7-9-14. The proceeds from the permit and inspection fees called for herein shall be paid as follows:
(A) The first $100 of each permit or inspection fee shall be paid to the General Fund for the city.
(B) After the first $100 is paid, then the proceeds from the permit or inspections shall be paid as follows:
(1) 50% to the Unsafe Building Fund; and
(2) 50% to the General Fund.
