As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings stated below:
“DEALER.” A person licensed as a dealer pursuant to IC 9-10-2-2..
"ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS." A permanent enclosed building or structure owned or leased for the purpose of bartering, trading, and selling motor vehicles. The term "ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS" does not include any residence, tent, temporary stand, or permanent quarters temporarily occupied.
"MOTOR VEHICLE." Any self-propelled vehicle, other than a semi-trailer, for which the owner would be required to obtain a certificate of title pursuant to IC 9-1-2-2.
"TEMPORARY LOCATION." A site, other than an established place of business, at which a dealer exhibits for sale more than six motor vehicles.
