(A) For purposes of this subchapter, "AMUSEMENTS" shall mean any pool table, billiard table, bagatelle table, pigeonhole table, or game machines operated by coins or other metallic or wooden objects.
(B) No person, firm, or corporation shall operate, maintain, or conduct an amusement establishment open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as herein required.
(C) All applications for such license shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number and description of tables or games to be used therein.
(D) The application shall be accompanied by a statement signed by the Chief of Police indicating the recommendations of the Police Department.
