The licensing provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed to apply to:
(A) Entertainments consisting of lectures on scientific, historical, benevolent, or literary subjects, or exhibitions of specimens of fine art;
(B) Concerts or exhibitions, the net profits of which shall be donated exclusively to any religious, charitable or scientific purpose.
