It shall be unlawful for any person owning, operating, managing, or maintaining any dance hall, skating rink, or other place of amusement or entertainment to allow any immoral or indecent language in or about his place of business or to fail to conduct or cause to be conducted any such entertainment or amusement in a lawful and orderly manner.
