§ 111.05 TERM OF LICENSE; FEES.
   (A)   The license for any theatrical performance or for any show or performance except moving pictures held within any building shall be granted for any number of days, which number of days shall be stated in the application and license. The license fee therefor shall be as follows:
      (1)   For one day, $2;
      (2)   For two successive days, $3;
      (3)   For three successive days, $3.75;
      (4)   For four or more successive days, $1 per day.
   (B)   The license for any circus and menagerie or shows of any character held under a tent or outside of any building shall be granted for one day only and the license fee therefor shall be as follows:
      (1)   For a circus or circus and menagerie combined, $15;
      (2)   For each sideshow, $5.
   (C)   For any show or entertainment known as a "merry-go-round" or "ocean wave," the fee shall be the same as required in division (A) of this section for theatrical performances.
   (D)   The license for any moving picture show or entertainment shall not be issued for less than six months at a time. The license fee for such a show or entertainment shall be $25 per annum with one-half of such license fee to be paid in advance and at the beginning of each six months.
   (E)   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall have the right to charge and collect from any applicant for the license required by this subchapter, in addition to the license fees provided for in divisions (A) through (D) of this section, a fee of $.50 for each license issued by him under this chapter.
