(A) If the applicant for the license required by this subchapter is a suitable person, the Mayor shall grant an order for such license. The order shall state the license fee to be paid on presentation of the order to the City Clerk-Treasurer.

(B) The City Clerk-Treasurer, on receiving the required fee and order for the license shall issue a license signed by the Mayor, attested by the Clerk-Treasurer and bearing the seal of the City.
