§ 110.01 POSTING OF BILLS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to print, paint, post, stencil, or otherwise mark on or, in any manner nail, suspend, or affix to any telegraph, telephone, or electric light pole or lamppost, or any other post or pole permitted within the city limits, any word, letter, character, figure, sentence, or device, or any handbill, poster, notice, or advertisement of any character, however, this section shall not prohibit the marking of highways within and through the city limits for the aid of the traveling public.
