The grantee shall maintain in full force and effect, at its own cost and expense, during the term of the franchise, general comprehensive liability insurance in the amount of $l,000,000 for bodily injuries, including accidental death, to any one person, and subject to the same limit for each person in an amount not less than $l,000,000 on account of any one occurrence, and property damage liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 resulting from any one occurrence. The grantee shall also provide the franchising authority with proof of this insurance with companies approved by the city.
