§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $l,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 96.30 through 96.40 shall be, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, subject to a fine not to exceed $50.
