§ 96.17 TERM OF OFFICE.

The term of the one person to be appointed by the Mayor shall be one year and the term of one member of the Committee shall be for two years. The term of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Public Projects will be at the will of the Mayor. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed for their unexpired portion of the term.
