§ 95.15 RESOLUTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR.
   Whenever any sidewalk is required to be built or repaired within the city, the Board of Public Works and Safety may adopt a resolution therefor, and designate in such resolution the kind of sidewalk to be constructed or the nature of the improvement or repairs to be made.
