(A) The municipal waterworks shall not be required to pay to the city any sum of money in regard to the cutting and excavating of the city's streets during the repair, replacement, and new installation of water service and pipelines in the city.
(B) The municipal waterworks shall fill and attend all excavations until such excavations are ready for final paving, such final paving to be performed by the city.
(C) All excavations as made by the municipal waterworks shall be reported to the Street Commissioner.
