   (A)   The Street and Sanitation Commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to establish and mark with legible signs snow emergency routes on the following streets.

   (B)   The mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to declare a snow emergency when circumstances so warrant. Upon the declaration by the mayor of a snow emergency then the prohibitions and penalties set forth in division (C) shall become immediately effective.
   (C)   Any person who commits a violation of any of the provisions of this section shall commit a Class B violation of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Greensburg, with a fine of $50 for each violation. When a citation is issued by the City of Greensburg with the class of violation noted, the fine applicable to the violation shall be paid within ten days to the City of Greensburg through the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer. If a fine is not paid to the city and it becomes necessary for the city to file a legal cause of action to recover the fine, the city shall then be permitted to recover any reasonable and necessary legal expenses associated with the cause of action.
   (D)   Any fines collected for violations of this Schedule shall be deposited to the City of Greensburg General Fund.
