§ 33.64 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Department of Water Works shall have all powers and duties provided by Indiana Law, including those powers and duties specifically enumerated in IC 8-1.5-4-4.
   (B)   Nothing contained herein shall affect any other action by prior Boards of the Municipal Water Works and all provisions, actions, and bonds shall be in full force and effect.
