§ 33.61 BOARD OF DIRECTORS; BOND.

The Board of Directors shall consist of five directors who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The five directors constituting the Board shall consist of three appointed directors, not more than two of whom may be of the same political party. The other two members shall be the Mayor and the City Attorney, constituting a total of five directors on the Board.
