§ 33.54 MEETINGS; QUORUM.
   (A)   Meetings. The Commission shall fix the time for holding regular meetings, as necessary, but it shall meet at least once in the first quarter of the calendar year to elect officers. Special meetings may be called by the President, or by two members of the Plan Commission, or by the Planning Director. At least two days in advance of a special meeting, a written notice, fixing the time and place of the meeting, provided, that such written notice of a special meeting shall not be required if the time of the special meeting has been fixed in a regular meeting or if all members are present at the special meeting.    (B)   Quorum. A majority of the members of the Commission created by this subchapter shall constitute a quorum. No action of the Commission shall be official unless authorized by a majority of the Commission at a regular or properly called special meeting. (‘76 Code, § 19-18)
