The Plan Commission created by this subchapter shall consist of seven members who shall be selected as follows:
(A) The Mayor shall appoint four citizen members, not more than two of whom shall be members of the same political party.
(B) Four official members shall be the following persons: One member selected by the Common Council from its membership; one member selected by the Board of Park and Recreation from its membership; any one member or any designated representative selected by the Board of Public Works and Safety; and the City Engineer. The City Council shall select three official members and of those three members selected they must be elected or appointed city officials or employees.
