§ 33.42 COUNTY NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   Under the provisions of IC 36-10-3-22 as amended there is created a special nonreverting operating fund for the purpose of funding the various programs and activities of the county parks and recreation department, as set out in Chapter 311, Acts of 1955, of the General Assembly of Indiana as amended by Acts of 1971, Public Law 305.
   (B)   The expenditures from such special nonreverting operating fund can be made without appropriation, but the moneys from such fund shall be disbursed only on approved claims allowed and signed by the president and secretary of the County Parks and Recreation Board.
   (C)   Moneys placed in the special nonreverting operating fund shall not be withdrawn except for the purposes for which the fund is created.
