§ 33.14 GREENSBURG AVIATION COMMISSION FUND.
   The moneys appropriated by the City Council shall be deposited in a Greensburg Aviation Commission fund in the custody of the Clerk Treasurer. Moneys may be withdrawn only on vouchers signed by the president and secretary.
